Once you have your three estimates you'd need to carefully compare them with each other. Here are some tips to help you to do that:
I also strongly encourage you to do your research BEFORE you contact me and ask me to come out for an estimate. There is nothing more annoying than meeting a client somewhere as far as Carstairs who has no clue what I do. Wasting your own time is one of the things most people hate, and I am not an exception. I'd rather spend that time with my wife and children.
